3-Year Residential Limited Warranty
Each TimeCutter® is covered for three years with unlimited hours against defects in materials and workmanship when used for normal residential mowing.
Engine Coverage
Engines carry a 3-year, 300-hour commercial limited warranty. Engine coverage is administered together with the mower warranty through our support team.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear items such as blades, belts, tires and filters, damage from impact, misuse, commercial use of a residential machine, and failures caused by skipped maintenance or stale fuel are not covered.
Keeping Coverage Valid
Follow the maintenance schedule in your operator's manual, use the recommended oil grade and keep your receipts. Maintenance you perform yourself does not void coverage.
How To Make a Claim
Contact our support team with your model number, serial number, purchase date and a description of the issue. We will arrange inspection and repair, and cover approved parts and labor.
