Delivery Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 8-12 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Oversized equipment shipped by freight carrier follows the same 8-12 business day window, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Shipping Methods & Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Parts and accessories ship via standard ground service. Whole goods and large equipment ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact customer support.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional freight charges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax-exempt customers must submit valid exemption documentation before placing an order.
